For young kids returning to school, getting back into the swing of things is the most difficult. Here are a few tips to help prepare the kids:
- Move bedtime back to an earlier time a few weeks before school starts. Have the kids practice getting up early as well.
- Establish schedules for the weekdays: Homework, fun, family dinner, baths, and bedtime.
